Technical Operator Remote Monitoring & Plant Operations (m/f/d) Requisition ID: 13271 Location: Rostock, DE, 18146 Department: Service YOUR TASKS * Monitor and control the smooth operation and energy production of our wind turbines worldwide through remote monitoring in a 24/7 shift operation environment * Analyze faults, identify root causes, and implement appropriate corrective actions in a timely manner * Coordinate service interventions in close collaboration with local service organizations * Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, availability targets, and response times together with the team * Provide technical support to customers and field technicians, assisting them whenever necessary YOUR PROFILE * Successfully completed vocational training in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a comparable technical qualification * Strong technical understanding and interest in wind turbine technology; initial experience in the operation of large-scale industrial assets is an advantage * Experience with remote monitoring software (e.g., SCADA systems) is desirable but not mandatory, we will provide comprehensive training * Good knowledge of MS Office applications * A structured and solution-oriented way of working, with the ability to stay focused in challenging situations * Enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment and contributing to the continuous improvement of technical processes * Strong team spirit and clear, respectful communication skills * Very good English language skills * Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift schedule as part of a reliable and supportive team YOUR BENEFITS: In addition to the opportunity to make our world a little more sustainable, we offer you: *Some offers may vary by location Nordex adheres to a policy of equal employment opportunity.
